Moving Emotions

Jason M. Johnson is a filmmaker born and raised in Brooklyn New York. After graduating with a degree in Theatre from The City College of New York, he took the initiative to write and direct short films to tighten his craft. Since then, he’s been recognized by film festivals around the world, along with an audience award for best short at the Lift off Global film festival back in 2021 for his film REM. Currently his latest project, Acts of Calamity will be submitted to festivals this summer ‘26.
